Any gift can be made in memory or in honor of a loved one, medical professional, or in celebration of a milestone. E.g. in honor of, in memory of, for the birth of, get well wishes, in celebration of, etc.
When making a gift, please indicate the name of the person you wish to honor and provide a mailing address. MMCF will send a notification of your generous remembrance to the individual or individuals memorialized or honored.
