Our midwifery philosophy of care includes prenatal education and counseling, which enables women to make informed choices for their best birth experience, and the autonomy to decide what choice they feel is natural.
Midwives can be the sole provider for healthy women with uncomplicated pregnancies before, during and after giving birth. They offer mothers a holistic approach during the childbirth process, support natural childbirth techniques, provide guidance and support during the pushing phase, and offer assistance to find a position of comfort for mothers’ labor and delivery.
Each provider joining our team has received board certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB).

The Women’s Hospital
Our certified nurse midwives will deliver babies exclusively at The Women’s Hospital at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center. The Women’s Hospital has newly renovated Labor-Delivery-Recovery-Postpartum (LDRP) suites, equipped with the necessary tools and supplies to care for you and your baby before, during and after birth.
The private suites feature a spa-like ambiance and offer amenities, including large windows for soft, natural light, a fully reclining chair to support the partner in care, along with room service and a celebratory brunch. The rooms include private baths offering beautiful spa showers, as well as select rooms with soaking tubs.
