Join our Comprehensive Stroke Center and the Stroke Support Association for a support group tailored to stroke survivors, family members and caregivers to meet simultaneously. Registration is not required for this in-person support group.
Discussions are led by trained facilitators who provide information about stroke and opportunities to share problem-solving and community resources. Socialization with other survivors is encouraged.

Stroke Survivor and Caregiver Online Support Group
Stroke Survivors and Caregivers will meet at 10 a.m. then break into separate groups.

- Chairs will be placed six feet apart for social distancing. Face masks are required. Paper masks and hand sanitizer will be provided.
