Jeffrey A Zeleznik, DO

Jeffrey Zeleznik, MD, studied medicine at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He then completed his residency in family medicine at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. His decision to pursue a career in family medicine was fueled by his profound appreciation for the enduring relationships and trust that can be cultivated with patients as their primary care provider.

I take great pleasure in building meaningful relationships with my patients and crafting personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs. I want my patients to feel confident in my ability to provide care for individuals of all ages, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Creating a safe, comfortable, and accepting environment for everyone is my top priority.

Having grown up in Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Zeleznik recently relocated to Southern California in 2021. Beyond his professional commitments, he enjoys spending time with his golden retriever, going to the beach, and swimming.
