Overview
“A Post-Market, Prospective, Mutli-Center, Nonrandomized Study to Assess Posterolateral Lumbar Fusions using Fibergraft® BG Matrix”
The primary objective is to assess the relationship between mid-treatment PSMA PET response and local control. PET response will be assessed using modified PRECIST criteria for each target lesion (not overall response) per recently published PSMA consensus guidelines. This is a MemorialCare pilot study, 25 patients will be enrolled, patients will be recruited from the Cancer Program at MemorialCare and prospectively enrolled. Three PSMA PET scans will be performed throughout the course of this study; the mid-treatment scan is conducted for research purposes only.
