The purpose of the Orange Coast Medical Center Foundation is to develop financial resources, through philanthropy, to help strengthen MemorialCare Orange Coast Medical Center's ability to fulfill its mission of improving the health and well-being of our community.

As a nonprofit hospital, we rely on philanthropic gifts to help us keep pace with the growing demand for health care services. Support from the community allows us to invest in advanced technologies and ensure the continued availability of the best possible patient care.

MemorialCare Orange Coast Medical Center is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization, qualified under sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(iii) of the Internal Revenue Code. Gifts received are deductible for Federal estate and gift tax purposes if they meet the applicable provisions of sections 2055, 2106 and 2522 of the Code.
