Volunteers assist at the Main Lobby and Pavilion Information desk to welcome and greets all guests with a smile as they arrive to our information centers. Collaborate with the Information Desk staff on how to assist patients and families with their immediate needs. Provides a quality, first impression experience. Guide/Escort patients and their families to their destination. Answers questions and provide information about dining, parking, shuttle service, calling taxis, restrooms, ATM machines, gift shop, pharmacy. Assists guests by carrying light weight items. Makes telephone calls to assist guest with their plans or their visit. Anticipate guest’s needs. Utilizes hospital service standards in all guest interactions.
*Requires 6-month commitment and must be over 18 years of age or older.
When: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Shifts: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
