A Phase 3b, Open-Label, Parallel Group, Randomized, Multicenter Study to Assess Regadenoson Administration Following an Inadequate Exercise Stress Test as Compared to Regadenoson Alone For Myocardial Perfusion Imaging (MPI) Using Single Photon Emission Co

Service: Trial Number:
101-12
Conducted at:
Long Beach Memorial
Currently enrolling additional patients:
Yes

The purpose of this clinical trial at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center is to assess the safety and effectiveness of Regadenoson used in the recovery phase after a failed stress test. Regadenoson is an agent that is used to image the heart with SPECT MPI when patients are unable to exercise stress test. Currently, the agent is not used until 60-90 minutes after the test. Subjects will be randomized to either Regadenoson in recovery or Regadenoson after an hour at rest following inadequate exercise treadmill test.
