Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program

The primary goal of the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Saddleback Memorial is to help you achieve control over your symptoms and improve your quality of life. Our staff will work in partnership with you to evaluate your abilities and limitations and develop an individually tailored treatment and exercise plan. Having a chronic respiratory disease can significantly limit your ability to live an active, fulfilling life.

  • Chronic respiratory diseases
  • Emphysema
  • Asthma
  • Chronic bronchitis
  • Pulmonary fibrosis

Although chronic respiratory diseases cannot be cured, they can be successfully managed and treated. Understanding what you can do to control your lung disease is the key to breathing easier and feeling better.

To help you identify if you are at risk for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), take the five question COPD screener.
