Exercise is an essential part of pulmonary rehabilitation. During the program, you will participate in physical reconditioning exercises to improve your stamina so that you can pursue the activities you enjoy.

Family members are urged to be active participants in your rehabilitation. Our team will help you and your loved ones become familiar with the daily routine of living with a pulmonary disease.
During your rehabilitation, you will learn skills and techniques that are designed to be used after you complete our program. You and your primary care physician will receive specific recommendations for you to continue self-care.
