Embrace Your Heart, Embrace Your Life
Saddleback Memorial’s “Embrace Your Heart” public awareness campaign was designed to alert employees, medical staff, volunteers, and community members to the dangers of cardiovascular disease among women. Heart disease has become an equal opportunity killer, killing more women every year than all types of cancer combined.
The campaign uses the visual of a red dress and Saddleback’s own employees to help communicate that heart disease is not just a man’s disease. By raising awareness, we are calling on women in our community to “Embrace their Hearts” and take actions that will reduce their risks of developing heart disease.
