Cardiovascular Risk Management
Heart disease risk factors are similar for both men and women. The differences, which uniquely affect women, are risk factors associated with premature menopause or pregnancy-related conditions. The team at the MemorialCare Center for Women’s Cardiac Health & Research is knowledgeable about these unique differences and we help women and their primary care physicians understand and manage heart disease risk for women.
Personalized Heart Risk Assessment & Evaluation
To pinpoint your individual risk factors for women’s heart disease and other diseases we ask new patients to complete a questionnaire prior to your first appointment. This risk assessment report becomes the basis for your unique heart disease prevention and treatment plan.
