Family MedicineFamily physicians are uniquely trained to care for you as a whole person. In addition to diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, your family physician provides routine health screenings and counseling on lifestyle changes in an effort to prevent illnesses before they develop. And, if a health condition arises that requires care from another specialist, your family physician will be there to guide you and to coordinate all aspects of your care. You and your family physician will work together to achieve the best possible outcome for you and your family.

Internal MedicineCaring for only adult patients, Internal Medicine physicians specialize in the prevention, detection and treatment of illnesses. At least three of their seven or more years of medical school and postgraduate training are dedicated to learning how to prevent, diagnose, and treat diseases that affect adults. Internists are sometimes referred to as the "doctor's doctor," because they are often called upon to act as consultants to other physicians to help solve puzzling diagnostic problems.

PediatricsPediatricians are dedicated to the care and treatment of children, focusing on the physical, emotional, and social health of infants, children, and adolescents up to adulthood (typically age 18). They concentrate on prevention, detection, and management of physical, behavioral, developmental, and social problems that affect children. Besides providing care during routine childhood illnesses, bumps and bruises, Pediatricians perform routine wellness checks and perhaps most importantly, act as a guide and support for parents - helping you to learn and provide the best of nutrition, care, and support to assist your child to a healthy adulthood.
