Originally from the European country of Serbia, Dr. Svrdlan moved to the United States to complete her medical education and training through a three-year residency program at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Svrdlan chose internal medicine because of the patient-centered aspect of the specialty and the opportunity it gives her to create long-term relationships with her patients. She believes it embodies the very core of medicine and demands an intimate understanding of the broad medical spectrum. Outside of the office, Dr. Svrdlan loves spending time with her family. Other interests include: playing sports, traveling, music and the arts. |
