MemorialCare Medical Group Proudly Welcomes Blue Shield 65 Plus (Medicare HMO plan) Members
Effective February 1, 2012, MemorialCare Medical Group has added Blue Shield 65 Plus Medicare HMO. Call us at 866-276-3627 for more information or to find out how to switch to MemorialCare Medical Group.
MemorialCare Medical Group is also a contracted provider for Blue Shield HMO plans.
Patients Give Four Stars to MemorialCare Medical Group
Each year the Office of the Patient Advocate of California, (OPA.ca.gov) rates insurance plans and medical groups in several different areas. Information is gathered by statistical means and from patient surveys. We want to thank you, our patients, for giving us Four Stars in Patient Satisfaction. This year, we are the only Orange County-based medical group to be awarded the top honor of Four Stars. We work hard to provide you with the best care possible and we appreciate your recognition of our efforts.
An Important Message for our Cigna Select Narrow Network Patients
As your Cigna Select Narrow Network requires: any and all hospitalizations for Cigna Select Narrow Network member patients will be at Mission Hospital and/or St. Joseph Hospital. MemorialCare Medical Group will continue to utilize these hospitals for Cigna Select Narrow Network members.
If you would like to return to your MemorialCare physician or try us anew, you are allowed to switch your primary care physician at any time throughout the year by calling Cigna Member Services at 1-800-882-4462. The change will be effective the first day of the following month.
