Michael P. Wang, MD

Dr. Wang specializes in Interventional Radiology � frequently referred to as surgery of the 21st century. Interventional radiologists are specially trained board certified physicians who perform minimally invasive, targeted treatments while using different imaging techniques to diagnose and treat a variety of medical disorders. Procedures performed by interventional radiologists are generally less costly and less traumatic to the patient, involving smaller incisions, less pain and shorter hospital stays.

Dr. Wang completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology and his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at UCLA Medical Center. He also completed his Internal Medicine Internship at UCI and graduated from the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine.
