Dr. Robert Liou is a pulmonologist at Memorial Care Medical Group. He currently serves as the co-chair of thoracic tumor board at Long Beach Memorial. He is trained in advanced bronchoscopic procedures such as Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS) and Navigational Bronchoscopy as well as therapeutic pleural procedures.
He received his medical degree from the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He then completed his internal medicine and pulmonary & critical care training at University of California, Irvine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Liou is currently an associate professor of medicine at University of California, Irvine, where he teaches and trains residents and fellows in pulmonary and critical care medicine.
As a specialist, Dr. Liou may not be selected as a primary care physician. Dr. Liou accepts patients age 18 and over.
