Cholesterol/ Glucose / Blood Pressure / BMI Screenings

These four measurements are important biometrics that are proven indicators of risk for major diseases including heart, vascular, hypertension, and diabetes. After a quick prick of the finger, you'll have a private-session consult with a cardiac registered nurse to review your results. All this in just 15 minutes or less.

Q&A with our Cardiologist

Spend 5 minutes of personal prime time with the doctor! Come prepared with your most burning question related to cardiovascular disease, stroke risk or any cardiovascular treatment.

Cardiovascular Risk Assessment

Complete our non-fasting cardiovascular risk assessment on site. One of our Heart-to-Heart navigators will use the results to help you plan your agenda for this evening's activities that are most beneficial for you.

Cooking Demonstrations

Be inspired and motivated by our heart-healthy recipes prepared by our award-winning chef.  Sample the finished products and take home the recipes to serve at home.

Nutrition Demonstrations

Visit our nutrition table staffed by Registered Dietitians for fun and heart-healthy nutrition activities and personalized recommendations. 

Exercise Demonstrations

Not sure how to add exercise to your daily schedule? Exercise physiologists will be on hand to recommend new ideas to get you moving!

Fitness Testing

Exercise physiologists will provide basic personalized fitness testing most appropriate for you, including step tests, grip strength or flexibility. Learn more about your fitness level and strategies to improve.

Body Fat Testing

You know how much you weigh, but how much is muscle and how much isn't? Give us just a minute, and we'll tell you what percentage of your weight comes from fat. Use the results as a baseline to track your progress toward a more healthy you.

Pulmonary Screening

Members of our respiratory staff will be available to perform pulmonary function screenings and score your current pulmonary health.

CPR Demonstrations

Learn how to do effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation with our ‘Sim Man’ simulator and ‘Resusci Anne training’ mannequin.

Cardiac Rehabilitation

Help your heart get healthy! Learn about our comprehensive program to help manage heart disease through medically monitored exercise and education.

Diabetes Screening

Having diabetes or even blood sugar slightly above normal makes you 2 to 4 times more likely to get heart disease.

A nurse will quickly check your blood sugar and explain the results.
