Preparation for Childbirth/Lamaze - 3 Week Tuesday SeriesDescription: (Months 8 - 9, for first-time parents). Our 3-session class prepares expectant parents for labor and delivery. Topics include a description of the labor and birth process, hospital procedures, breathing and relaxation techniques, coach's role, pain management options, Cesarean birth and postpartum period. It is recommended you schedule your series so that the last class date is approximately two to three weeks prior to your due date. The Lamaze classes do not include a Birthcare Center Tour. Children are not allowed to attend the program. Who Should Attend: Expectant Mothers & Partner
