Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center Named Orange County Top Workplace in 2008

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif. – Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center, a not-for-profit hospital in the Memorial Health Services health care system, was Orange County’s only hospital to be selected as a Top Workplace 2008 by The Orange County Register.

The Top Workplaces 2008 were announced in the December 10, 2008 issue of the Orange County Register, following an independent survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC. 141 companies representing 23,325 employees were invited to participate in the survey process. Employees were asked to respond to questions related to five key workplace factors: Direction, Execution, Managers, Career and Pay and Benefits. The ranking of companies was based solely employee responses.
