His Practice centers around both inpatient and outpatient care while encompassing the diagnosis and treatment of coronary and peripheral vascular diseases. The scope of his outpatient practice includes comprehensive consultation, echocardiography, treadmill stress testing and nuclear stress testing. Dr. Winters has been the Director of Invasive Cardiology at Long Beach Memorial Heart Institute for six years and is actively involved in the development of the Vascular Institute at Long Beach Memorial Hospital. |
