Triage Process Highlights
Step 1:
Our spine concierge will speak with you to obtain a detailed medical history, collect any recent diagnostic images and test results, and schedule an appointment with our spine physician specialist.
Step 2:
You will receive a physical assessment by a spine physician specialist who will triage your care and determine the best course of treatment for you.
Step 3:
Our patient navigator will assist you in setting up the care plan as prescribed by the spine physician specialist. You may be directed to receive care from one of our participating providers:
- Neurosurgeon
- Orthopedic surgeon
- Physiatrist (Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist)
- Pain management specialist
- Physical Therapist
- Radiologist
