Annelise Merriner, PA-C

Annelise Merriner, PA-C, completed her undergraduate degree in nutrition science at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and her master of science in physician assistant studies at Kaiser University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Fascinated by science and the intricacies of the human body from a young age, her journey began with a focus on nutrition science in college, naturally evolving into a passion for medicine and shaping her career as a physician assistant.

Encouraged by her family, especially her mom, she entered the realm of women's health in 2015. Witnessing the disparities in research and funding for women's health challenges, she aspires to see change while remaining dedicated to caring for women, which has granted her the privilege of aiding women daily, an experience I cherish.

Annelise's greatest satisfaction in patient care arises from her meaningful interactions with her patients — whether offering time and attention or providing clear explanations of conditions and diagnoses, fostering understanding.

With over a decade of experience, I commit to keep up with my patient's changes to keep them healthy. Their insights and updated information on their conditions are always welcomed.

Annelise grew up in Santa Cruz, California. Outside of medicine, she finds joy in sewing, knitting, ballet, audiobook-filled reading, and traveling the world alongside her husband.
